I've spent the last week trying to figure out how to get recordings off my TiVo compatible to YouTube. Hours and hours of time, but I was successful! Why have I spent (wasted?) so much time? As I've stated before, YouTube is an excellent resource for viewing figure skating on the Internet. However, I'd estimate that about 70% of the videos there are in Japanese, so I took it upon myself to put more of American broadcasts up. (We'll see how long ABC/ESPN permits it, but there are other clips from their broadcasts currently, so I suspect it won't be a problem and/or issue.)
My experimentation is an "Inside the Actor's Studio" episode, with Teri Hatcher. The only reason is silly: it was on my TiVo, an hour long, and not crucial to keep if I destroyed it.
Speaking of YouTube, the next post will be of Emily Hughes' appearance on "Today" last Friday, November 17.
